From Pilot Initiative to Formal Enterprise
K&G Holdings has been used by its founder on a trial and pilot basis over the past few years for private consultancy and professional services.
This period provided an opportunity to test and refine the business model, service offerings and market positioning.
The formal incorporation of K&G Holdings marks the transition from this pilot phase toward an established enterprise.
The company is being developed as a locally grounded consultancy capable of serving organisations in Cameroon while building partnerships and expertise that can support future regional expansion.
